This case broke my heart. A case of criminal exposure to HIV. The publicity this case received nearly destroyed my client's life. Once the true facts were discovered, I fought extremely hard to get t ... his case dismissed. I was finally able to achieve this but didn't stop there. The client was eligible to get the charge erased from his record and once that was under way, I contacted countless newspapers and online publications to get the story deleted, to avoid future embarassment and negative repercussions.
