Steven Edward Grubb

I am a principal at the law firm of Salzmann Hughes, P.C. where I focus my practice on corporate law, commercial litigation, estate planning and employment law. 

I graduated from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 1995.  Prior to that, I attended Ursinus College, where I graduated magna cum laude with departmental honors in politics and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

I am admitted to practice before all courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; the United States District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts; and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  I am proud to have been rated “AV Preeminent” by the Martindale Hubbell Peer Review Rating system.  I have previously been designated a “Rising Star” by the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers publication, as well as a “Lawyer of Distinction” by Susquehanna Style magazine.  I am a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations.

Community involvement includes serving as a board member of the East Pennsboro Education Foundation; member of the Mechanicsburg North Rotary Club; and member of St. James Presbyterian Church in Mechanicsburg.  Hobbies include tennis, fantasy football and supporting my two daughters' sports and musical endeavors.
