This was a divorce action filed by the wife seeking every conceivable form of alimony after a 37 day marriage. Husband counter sued for annulment based on failure to consummate and fraud. Proof showed ... wife had repeatedly made false claims of cancer to multiple people, including husband, to obtain money by fraud. Wife exercised her 5th Amendment right 652 times in her deposition. Husband obtained an annulment and judgment for monies obtained by fraud. Wife hired a self-promoted "power lawyer" from Rutherford County who withdrew from the case because she could not keep up with my work load and tenacity!
