Client wrecked his car in Bartlett after leaving a party, he admitted to drinking and took a breath test and blew over 0.9
OUTCOME: I ordered a copy of the video and noticed he was stopped for driving too slowly without actually obstructing traffic. The case was dismissed and he did not even lose his driver's license.
Client was stopped in Collierville and arrested for DUI. He blew a .20 on his breath test. He was not happy with the options his present lawyer gave him and his father decided to hire me.
OUTCOME: After almost a year of negotiation, both cases were dismissed and the client did not even lose his driver's license.
