Client charged with serious felonies. After a hard fought 5 day trial with seemingly overwhelming evidence, jury convicted client. However the Court of Criminal Appeals would have another view of the t ... rial and due to several strong arguments raised by us at trial and later on the appeal, client's conviction was set aside and REVERSED for a new trial. This case again illustrates the importance of protecting clients and preserving justice no matter the case and no matter the amount of apparent evidence.
