In this landlord-tenant proceeding, the tenant appealed from an order releasing to her former landlord's agent the funds she had deposited pursuant to a protective order (in effect during the pendency ... of that landlord's action for possession) into the court registry. The tenant raised several issues on appeal, including standing, res judicata, and the tenant's right to a McNeal hearing. Mr. Carmody represented the landlord/property management company.
