I was part of the defense team defending the building owners from the multiple injury and death claims. I am experienced handling high profile, catastrophic cases for both plaintiffs and defendants.
Metra Trail Derailment

A Metra commuter train on its way downtown from Joliet derailed when it hit a crossover at nearly 70 mph. There were dozens of injuries and mulitple deaths resulting from the derailment, including Met ... ra employees. Over 150 separate claims were filed, and I was one of the attorneys who defended Metra on those claims. It is another example of hight profile, catastophic litigation in which I am experienced to represent and defend the rights of the injured.
