I was fortunate enough to have Daniel recommended to me by a friend to handle a custody case. Over the 6+ months that the case was ongoing, I was continually impressed by Daniel's attention to detail, prompt and easy to understand communications and our daughter's best interest in mind. I had used an...other lawyer in the past who was all about making sure the other party was "made to pay" and that is not who I am and I find that quite petty. Daniel's ability to keep me focused and moving forward did not go unnoticed. I am incredibly pleased with my overall experience. Through Daniel's encouragement, with his blessing and under his watchful eye, our case was settled out of court, between the people who know our daughter best- her parents, and I honestly believe based on my experience with the previous lawyer, that this was the BEST outcome, and left our child and extended families with a positive impression of parents working together. Our parenting plan is as close to what I was looking for as was possible with the other party, and I am happy to recommend Daniel to anyone! A few side notes; Daniel's office always has parking and is super easy to find. Daniel's willingness to communicate via email and phone and not "drag" me into the office all the time was super convenient. His front office staff is not overly friendly, especially on the phone, but definitely know their stuff. Lastly, the book of lawyer jokes in the waiting room is AWESOME!
