Mulroy and was granted a judgment in favor of client for $231,000.00 . Collected upon the full judgment amount after trial.

Successfully defended clients against First Midwest Bank in relation to multiple foreclosure filings by the financial institution that violated the One Re-filing Rule. The Illinois Appellate Court rev ... ersed the erroneous decision of the trial court. First Midwest Bank appealed to the Illinois Supreme Court and the Illinois Supreme Court upheld the Appellate Court's decision. The Defendant prevailed and the First Midwest Bank's lawsuit was defeated.
