I had Mr. Bryant for my custody conference. He worked with the other parties attorney to get what was in the best interest of the children, even though the other party was not listening to his councel. In the past we had had nothing but temporary orders put into place while we went to remediation. Terrible lawyer. He brushed me aside in pre-trial meetings and made no effort to work with me or hear the details of the case. I practically handed him the defense and he used none of it. He let the DA present, barely questioned anyone and then rested without even presenting my defense. Inexcusable i...ncompetence or indifference or both. He was a clown in the courtroom and made a mockery of the case. I would never let one of my friends or family use him for anything.
