The State alleged that my client entered into an apartment and forcibly raped a woman resulting in a child. DNA proved that child was fathered by my client. Client had always maintained that the sex wa ... s consensual and that was our defense. Client had an extensive and severe criminal history. This case was based out of North Little Rock and was featured on many of the local and national media outlets.
