Charles J. Kroboth Jr.

Charles Kroboth is a very, very, very bad attorney. I've heard nothing decent about this attorney. After I was court appointed him, he met with me nearly 90 days after the appointment, and I had a court date schedule on the 92 day. He didn't prepare for my hearing, didn't studied none of the Case Law... I've provided to him. In short words, I had to fire him and proceed pro se . I must say that I was court appointed him before I hired a private attorney. So I just 'checked' the hired option for that purposes. DO NOT HIRE HIM, IF HE'S COURT APPOINTED..FIRE HIM

This guy did not have a computer abd communicated with the courthouse via FAX. He also advised me to speak with a police officer who then used everything I said against me in complaint. Charles was present but did not once advise me to not answer. Charles seemed more intent on being like by the p...rosecution and law officers than defending me. I ended up hiring a different lawyer who did a terrific job, but I could not recover the fee that I had already paid Charles.
