While many cases of this nature are uneventful, this case presented some difficult challenges because the foreign national married a USC almost immediately upon entering the U.S. on a visitor's visa. ... It was suspected by USCIS that the foreign national had engaged in visa fraud when applying for a B visa. Our firm was able to show through documentary evidence and testimony that the marriage had not been anticipated by the foreign national upon entering the U.S.
