Kathleen Yurchak focuses her practice on litigation matters, dealing with trial work and arbitration matters including personal injury, employment, contract disputes, and products liability. She has tried and handled a wide variety of cases before state and federal courts across Pennsylvania and has litigated across the country by special admission. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and a Council member for the Litigation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is currently serving as Treasurer for the Centre County Bar Association and is active in local community affairs. She has published numerous articles in legal journals, including a recent article on reforming the rules of evidence to allow admissions of apologies. She has lectured frequently in the area of trial advocacy and has taught business law as an adjunct professor at Penn State University. A graduate of the University of Denver School of Law in 1985, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
