OUTCOME: My client's Chapter 11 case was successfully confirmed with a huge principal reduction on the multi-tenant shopping center and the competing creditor's plan was dismissed.

I successfully confirmed my client's Chapter 11 case so that it was able to retain its multi-tenant shopping center in Carson, California while reducing its existing 1st mortgage by $500,000. , convert ... ing the IRS and FTB liens to unsecured debts, and converting a third party's 2nd loan to an unsecured debt. At the same time, I convinced the Court to dismiss the primary creditor's competing Chapter 11 Plan altogether. This case was a total victory in favor of my client.

The Client maintains a School in two locations for licensing of hair and nail treatment specialists. I successfully opposed the lender's motion to foreclose upon the major school facilities and have j ... ust settled a payment plan with the secured 1st lender. When all was ready for confirmation, the Wuhan Virus caused the closing of the school. I was successfully able to get the case time extended to revitalize its income due to the Virus and reasonably expect that the case will be confirmed later this year.

This client suffered a heart attack during the summer of 2019 and was unable to pay the approximate $75,000. hospital bill incurred as a result of his treatment. I filed a Chapter 7 case on his behalf ... and fully and satisfactorily discharged this entire debt. As a result, he does not owe this debt or any other debt whatsoever. The Order of Discharge was issued on 2/24/2020.

OUTCOME: Final Decree Issued by Judge Latham on June 3, 2019 in the San Diego Bankruptcy Court. Clients' secured loan balances reduced by more than $500,000.

I procured a Court Order that my clients could retain their multiple rental properties in California and Nevada through this Chapter 11 case. They reduced the loan balances of their residential rental ... properties by more than $500,000. Ultimately, they were also able to stay in their large home in San Diego without mortgage payments to the bank for 72 months.

OUTCOME: The Chapter 7 case was successfully dismissed by Judge Ernest Robles in the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Court on 10/18/18. Client was able to successfully recover over $2.0 million in cash from the Chapter 7 Trustee.

I took over a case which had mistakenly been filed by client's prior attorney as a Chapter 7 case--which forced the client to provide its assets of $2.5 million in cash to the Chapter 7 Trustee. Altho ... ugh the Court denied conversion of the case to Chapter 11, I convinced the Judge that the client's business was a successful and viable business and not an appropriate case for Chapter 7 liquidation. As such, the Judge allowed the client to refinance the $7 million apartment bldg. in issue (in spite of the Trustee's Objection) and dismissed the Chapter 7 altogether. This solved the client's entire issue for filing a bankruptcy case--getting control of that particular apartment building.

OUTCOME: Case was successfully confirmed on April, 2018 in Orange County Bankruptcy Court before Judge Theodor Albert. Debtor's Printing presses reduced in value from $3.1 million to $800,000. for purposes of repayment.

I completely reorganized the finances of a national printing company. This reorganization included the reduction of the secured liens on the large printers from $3.1 million to $800,000. with an accom ... panying huge reduction in monthly payments. The issue of Mitsubishi's blanket lien on all of the client's corporate assets was fully resolved. The company retained its management, its employees, and will repay only 5% of the company's general unsecured debt at 0% interest over 60 months as payment in full. These 5 cases are just a sampling of successful cases.

OUTCOME: Judge Theodor Albert in Orange County Bankruptcy Court entered an Order in favor of my clients on January 23, 2017.

I procured a Court Order that the Client could repay loan arrearages of $130,000. on the 1st loan secured on their principal home estate in San Clemente, CA over 77 months--in lieu of lender demand for ... immediate payment. After client complained that the 1st secured lender breached the Plan, I filed a Motion for Contempt against the Bank. Following mediation, I was able to procure substantial financial concessions in favor of my client (over $100,000.).

I was able to procure a Confirmation wherein my client was able to reduce the secured 1st loans on her apartment properties by approximately $1.0 million. She was allowed to retain both properties at ... reduced loan balances, accompanying reduced monthly payments, and owns the properties to this day with greatly increased values.

The client's large commercial property in Orange County, CA ($7.0 million) was subject to immediate foreclosure for failure to pay the secured 1st loan. I obtained a Court Order which allowed my clien ... t a fair opportunity to re-lease the property at top of the market rents. Upon releasing, I procured a settlement with the secured 1st lender that my client would have 15 months to sell or refinance the delinquent 1st loan. The case was subsequently confirmed by the Court.
