Client was charged with First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct in Minnesota. Teenager accused client of sexual conduct conduct that allegedly occurred a few years earlier when he was staying at her hom ... e with her family. He was charged 6 years after the alleged occurence. Client maintained his innocence. Passed polygraph and the results were provided to the Prosecutor with the hope they would drop the case. Prosecutor refused to drop the case putting my clients entire life at risk based on testimony from a teenager alone.
