Third Party Visitation

OUTCOME: Third party was granted visitation with the minor child every other weekend and one overnight per week along with some holiday and vacation time.

Parents resided together from the time of the child's birth until the child was six years old. Biological mother and nonlegal parent ended their relationship. Biological mother did not allow nonlegal ... parent access time with the minor child. In representing the nonlegal parent, after a trial on the matter, I was successful in securing the nonlegal parent access time including overnights.
