Koua Fong Lee was sentenced in 2007 to 8 years in prison after his 1996 Toyota Camry accelerated out-of-control killing 3 people. In 2010 after numerous Toyota recalls, Mr. Schafer successfully reopen ... ed Mr. Lee's case. On August 5, 2010 after a 3-day hearing, Mr. Lee was granted a new trial and released from prison. The Ramsey County Attorney dismissed all charges later that day.
