Within the parameters of the Minn ... esota Workers Compensation Act, I was able to resolve the non-Medicare claims favorably, narrow the scope of claims to be tried at a Formal Hearing, and ultimately obtain a full and complete withdrawal/reduction of Medicare's claim.
