Prior to representing injured workers at the law firm of Edgar Snyder & Associates, Attorney Garver worked for a workers compensation defense firm in Harrisburg. He was also previously a law clerk for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Stephen Zappala, Sr.

Attorney Garver received a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Community Involvement
Attorney Garver was born and raised in Blair County, Pennsylvania. He is the varsity girls basketball coach at Claysburg-Kimmel High School. In 2020, Attorney Garver received the Hometown Favorite Attorney Award from the Altoona Mirror as voted on by its subscribers.
