Prior to moving his practice to Erie County, Attorney Sebald served as Assistant Crawford County Public Defender. He was a partner in a thriving area law firm for six years, focusing in the practice areas of Criminal Law, Family Law and Personal Injury.
Attorney Stephen Sebald has practiced law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 2001. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to receiving his law degree, Mr. Sebald served as an intensive case manager in Erie County, facilitating a clinical psychiatric team charged with providing support for children with mental illnesses, and their families, as they transitioned into the local community.
In 2011, Stephen Sebald was selected for nomination for the title of a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Stars in the Super Lawyers magazine. Unbelievable Outcome
I was charged with theft by extortion, a 3rd degree felony which carries a possible sentence of 7 years in prison and 15,000 in fines. Against my better judgement, I took the advice of Stephen and pled guilty for a reduced sentence. Because I listened to his expert advice, I will serve NO prison time...
