A friend referred me to this office and I'm glad I was set up with Catherine, she was very professional and understanding about my situation. This was a custody dispute in with a 3 party was involved who was a very negative influence on my child. I used a different lawyer for 8 months which was a w...aste of my time and money. In the matter of a month Catherine was able to help me get a court order in place keeping this person away from my child. If you're looking for a great family lawyer, you just found her.

The word inept does not seem to cover her inability.I found the entire staff in this office to be cold, rude, unprofessional, and ineffective. I only used her for a three week period before I fired her. She did not do any of the things she said she would do and seemed very distracted even during the ...initial consultation. She could not even get my phone number correct and kept calling my agent instead of me. The paperwork I paid her to submit to the court for me (and I had even filled out the information for her), was entirely filled with errors when she submitted it. The only thing correct on it was my name. She had my agent running around instead of mailing things to me and called unneccessarily. The final straw was when she asked my agent to bring in paperwork and when the did, they were literally thrown out of the office for showing up without calling first even though she had asked that the paperwork be brought in right away. I am waiting to see if I will get all my paperwork back from her and my retainer refunded, but I have my doubts since her partner is on the board of the erie county bar association. Absolutely the worst lawyer I ever had except for maybe the time my attorney showed up in court with his screaming son in tow and high as a kite. Very close to that bad.
