Biography
My practice is focused on real estate development, environmental law, and land use planning and zoning. I have extensive experience in structuring and negotiating real estate acquisitions and sales, retail leases, commercial loan transactions and complex development projects involving difficult land use, zoning and environmental issues. I am a licensed title insurance agent in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New York, and I provide commercial and residential real estate closing services. My real estate practice also includes representing both public and private entities in condemnation matters and real estate tax assessment matters. I also counsel oil and gas clients in the negotiation of leases, pipeline easements and surface use agreements, and provide mineral rights title opinions. Prior to attending law school, I worked as an environmental chemist.
