John B. Carlson

Attorney John B. Carlson has been practicing law in Erie and the surrounding area for over 20 years.  During this time, he has defended thousands of citizens charged with a wide range of crimes and represented hundreds of people who have been injured as a resulf of another's negligence.

While much of Attorney Carlson’s practice involves DUI defense, Attorney Carlson also handles cases ranging from minor traffic offenses to the most serious felony charges, including murder.  In addition, he handles cases for people injured as a result of car crashes, medical malpractice, defective products, defective pharmaceutical drugs and other type of injuries.

Having been on the winning side of some of Erie County’s most highly publicized cases, his successes have been reported on TV, in newspapers and over the internet.

In addition to his success in the courtroom, Attorney Carlson is also recognized for his hard work and experienced negotiating and plea bargaining skills.
