Biography
I am chair of the Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Group at Knox Law. My practice is focused on business reorganization, commercial litigation, collection and sports law. I am board certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification and have been listed in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® since 2007 and Best Lawyers in America® since 1993. I have been appointed to serve as a mediator and neutral evaluator in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. I use my experience, knowledge and skill to represent multimillion dollar debtors, creditors holding secured, unsecured and priority claims, creditors’ committees and trustees. I am also a certified contract advisor for the National Football League Players Association and a licensed athlete agent in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Georgia. I represent current as well as retired professional athletes.
