Frances Aurelia McCormick

I focus my practice in the areas of business & tax law, estate planning & administration, business succession planning, real estate and elder law. I received my Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration degrees from Seton Hall University subsequent to earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Villanova University. Prior to joining the Knox firm, I worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Parsippany, New Jersey, preparing tax returns and planning strategies for corporations, partnerships, and individuals. I then joined an international real estate firm in Annapolis, Maryland. After 3 years in that office, I became managing director for the Middle East operation in Doha, Qatar.
