I prepare and review contracts, create new entities, draft and revise shareholder agreements, and change entity forms (e.g., articles of incorporation and bylaws).

I handle union and nonunion litigation and administrative matters, including grievance arbitration, unemployment, discrimination, and wage and hour cases. I perform workplace investigations and training as well.

I bring and defend cases in federal and state courts on behalf of businesses and individuals. Much of my experience is in contract and collection matters.

I perform closings for buyers and sellers, and draft and revise other documents relating to real estate, such as deeds, mortgage satisfactions, sales agreements, and leases.
