I went to him for a consultation and he ask for a down payment to start working on my case. I paid cash he ask for to start. But since the payment he hasn"t returned any calls and his secretary always says to leave a message and it is useless. They say he is so busy and not much time but he had time... to take my money.

What a joke this attorney is. He happily took a $1000 for a custody trial in which he failed and made my custody not even close to what I wanted. He took my money and the only notes he brought for the 20 minute hearing was his notes from the intake. So 20 minutes and a terrible custody order he stole... a $1000. He is very unprepared and has no skill other than taking advantage of any and all low income. Stupid idiot never used any of my evidence or my letter I sent him to use. Con artist taking advantage of all for the love and greed of money.
