After a trial the District Court awarded Mom the sole physical custody of the minor children. We were hired and appealed on behalf of father.

OUTCOME: Court of Appeals reversed extension of Parenting Consultant's term.

The Court ratified decisions of a Parenting Consultant and extended the term that the parties were required to use the consultant over wife's objection. Wife hired us to appeal.

OUTCOME: Court of Appeals reversed awards of spousal maintenence, child support and attorney's fees and remanded the case back to the District Court for further proceedings.

After a three (3) day trial, the court awarded wife substantial spousal maintenance, child support and attorney's fees. Husband hired us to appeal these awards.
