OUTCOME: Case dismissed

My client was wrongly accused of Aggravated Robbery. We tried the case to a jury. Through the use of an expert witness on the subject of unreliable eye witness testimony and an aggressive cross exami ... nation of police officers regarding their flawed use of a photo identification; we were able to avoid a conviction. The jury was unable to reach a verdict and ultimately the case was dismissed. My young client now has his life back.
