My client was charged with 1st degree criminal sexual conduct in Meeker County, MN. This was a delayed reporting case and he denied the allegations. A forensic review of his cell phone and employment r ... ecords showed that he was no where near Meeker County at the time of the alleged assault. Despite this evidence, the County Attorney refused to dismiss the charge so we were forced to bring a Florence Motion (contested probable cause motion), to dismiss the Complaint. The Court granted the motion and the case was dismissed.
