This attorney supposedly represented my interest when closing on property in Warren County. The property was represented as having an existing Oil and Gas lease on it, and I had entrusted this attorney to follow through on all aspects of this property transfer. After owning the property for 7 month...s and not seeing a single deferred rental check or royalty check from the oil/gas pool my property was a part of, I called this attorney to discuss the matter. He let me know that he does not ever do such a thing as notifying Energy Companies of a transfer in lease. I asked if he felt that was what he felt was "representing his clients' best interests", and countered stating that if I am "pissed off", fine, but he never follows through on these notices to Energy companies. From my personal experience with this attorney, I believe he does not represent the best interests of his clients. Consider yourself warned. DO NOT RETAIN THIS ATTORNEY.
