OUTCOME: Plaintiff settled for low six figures after arbitration

I represented a client who slipped and fell on ketchup in a large Mall in New Jersey. The case was difficult as no notice was provided to the cleaning personnel or owners of mall--however due to in de ... pth discovery it was learned the cleaning person on duty failed to inspect the area on her daily inspection routine. Fall led to hip replacement after a year- but no hip complaints were made shortly after the fall.
