N/AOUTCOME: Waiver of inadmissibility & green card granted
Ms. L was ordered deported from the U.S. because she entered the country without inspection and remained here without permission. She was ordered removed by the immigration court. Although she marri ... ed a U.S. citizen, she was physically deported from the U.S. based on the deportation order. A beautiful daughter was born from the marital union. We filed an application to waive of the several grounds of inadmissibility and request the U.S. government to consent to her return to the U.S. We presented extensive documentation about the hardship that her family has and will continue to suffer due to her deportation. We also explained the circumstances for her illegal entry into the U.S. After several years of persistence and hard work, Ms. L was finally granted permission to reenter the U.S. legally and eventually granted her green card.
