Competitor pharmaceutical company sought to immediately and permanently prevent our client from making, selling, and distributing its products. We identified the experts, analyzed prior art, and developed the invalidity defenses on the patents-in-suit. The Court was persuaded by our argument that there were substantial issues of invalidity and an insufficient showing of irreparable harm. Following this favorable ruling, the plaintiff withdrew its motion for preliminary injunction in a fourth related case.
