I have a divorce attorney who is non cooperative, is difficult, to say the least, to contact, has taken enormous amounts of money from me, and has done virtually nothing for me, and is intimidated by my ex's attorney. I went to Mr. Tesone to ask him to take over my case. He researched it and advised ...me NOT to change attorneys this late, as the divorce is close to the end. I disagree and still hope to convince him to take my case. But to me, this shows an great deal of honesty and professionalism. Most attorneys would have taken the case STRICTLY for the money, but this man actually turned down the money, to help me...this shows integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
