I-601A Provisional Waiver

OUTCOME: I-601A waiver application APPROVED. Client now proceeding with DS-260 application and preparing for his consular interview overseas at which time he will receive his immigrant visa.

Client and U.S. Citizen Spouse have been married for several years. They have no children together, nor do they own any property. They work paycheck to paycheck and are not a family of means. U.S. C ... itizen spouse has several medical conditions and a special needs son from a prior relationship. I-130 was approved, and our office was retained in an effort to pursue a favorable decision on their I-601A provisional waiver application.
