Not getting anywhere

I’ve tried be patient with this guy but feel like I’ve just been getting the run around from day 1. I’ve been trying to get some concrete answers on petitioning for a paternity test for several weeks and can’t seem to get any straight answers. I feel like I just keep leaving messages or just talking ...to his assistant without any real progress. It doesn’t seem like it would be too difficult. At this point I might as well get a law degree and do it myself. Thanks for nothing.

My daughter died because of his neglect

He aaas unable to get custody of my daughter from a drug addict, jailed for assault, woman who used the system to keep me from my daughter. He actually came unprepared to many hearings and did a horrible job. When I asked him why he said because I owed him a balance and I did not make enough to pay h...im. I paid him over $5000 and made month payments. When her mother, Veronica Million purgered herself on the stand and we had a tape to prove it, he did not seek charges. My daughter, Erica died of a pain killer overdose in school when I could have had custody. Her mother was in jail a few times and he didn't do a thing hardly. I got temporary custody. She got her back. Her and her husband were known substance abusers. I hired a private investigator and Verterano did nothing with the evidence we found. He let her use the system to keep me on the defense so I could not see my daughter. She saw her mother use pain killers and told me. Then she found some and thought it would be OK like her mother. She died in school at age 16 in New Castle. I had many opportunities to get custody and he blew it. Unprepared all the time and acted like a real smart a*s and treated me like I was scum because I was just out of college majoring in music and performing and did not make much. I beg you not to hire this money hungry piece of garbage. It was all fine when he got about $5000 from me but when we went to court, he was useless. I could not get my money back and felt I had to stick with him. I was set up by her mother one time and she said I cussed her out and hit her. I had a witness and a tape recorder. We had her dead cold when I could have went to jail as she had the police looking for me to arrest me. Frank did not pursue purgery charges after the judge heard the tape and threw it out of court. Now my little girl is dead because he felt he wanted more money right away. I paid him every month towards the balance. I am an honest, good man and he has no compassion. He actually made fun of me. When I said I had a "gig" to play, he attacked me with acting like he never heard the word and it was some sort of low class lingo. This guy should be disbarred!
