I am a very distinguished, experienced, and professional criminal law Attorney. I have successfully defended clients in very complex criminal litigation to include charges of first degree murder. My reputation for successful results has been document by my success rate as a prior Allegheny County Prosecutor and criminal defense attorney for over a decade.

I specialize in family law related matters such as cases involving dependency petitions, CYS, divorces, and child custody.

I am currently barred in Federal Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. I specialize in First, Fourth, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendment violations to include 1983 actions. A primary focus of my civil rights practice involves claims of excessive force and unlawful search and seizures.
