William J. Wyrick

Bill represents clients in a variety of business advice and litigation matters, such as breach of sales and employment contracts, injunction matters seeking enforcement of non-compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure provisions, breach of asset and stock purchase agreements, insurance coverage and declaratory judgment matters, minority shareholder disputes and commercial leasing matters.

He has 18 years of experience as trial counsel in a wide range of business litigation matters. Bill has successfully tried cases to verdict before juries in state and federal courts throughout western Pennsylvania and has prevailed on several appeals before the state’s intermediate appellate courts. He has represented clients in well over 100 mediations and arbitrations and has also served as national and regional litigation counsel for several large manufacturers of consumer and construction products.

Bill spent the four years before joining Lynch Weis at the Pittsburgh office of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLC (now Dewey & LeBoeuf, LLP). Bill’s practice focused on nationwide representation of a Fortune 100 company and its subsidiaries as lead counsel in commercial, construction defect and product liability matters, working directly with the client’s senior management on all such matters.

At Pietragallo, Bosick & Gordon, Bill served as the Assistant Chair of the Litigation Defense Practice Group. In addition to his trial practice there (taking two multi-million dollar cases to jury verdict in a year and a half and successfully defending another jury verdict on appeal), he was responsible for recruiting and for coordinating the efforts of all associates in that practice group.

As a partner at Meyer, Darragh, Buckler, Bebenek & Eck, Bill honed his trial practice skills, obtaining a number of jury verdicts in favor of his clients, mainly as defense counsel in product liability matters for large manufacturers of consumer products.
