Two years and I was told I had a solid bad faith case. Seems the no returning email and phone call issue wasn't just me. I spoke up and I learned that this is just not something you do to Patrick. I couldn't take the lack of professional behavior and the odd occurrences since he took my case. As su...ccessful as he supposedly was in the first part of my case, he lacked communication skills and treating me with decency and respect. As a woman, I found some of tyrannical behavior appalling. Verbiage regarding another female attorney repulsive. I had to remove myself from his firm for being berated and I could not tolerate it any longer. I'm still without another attorney to handle the supposed bad faith case because when I mention his name, I'm either rushed off the phone or as one attorney told me after speaking to Patrick, my case is not worth it. He's a real piece of work. Don't know why so many are afraid of this guy. He's bullied perhaps many. But I'm not one to allow it.

Went to him for a medical malpractic suit. After almost 2 years, nothing was getting done. Statue of limitation was running out. He wouldn't return phone calls or e-mails. Went to another lawyer and he was able to file an extension before the statue of limitations ran out. Never heard a word fro...m him
