hired him for first dui with clean record .he told me i paid him 4500 he would get me in the ARD program. he said upon completion of the program he'd get my charges expunged off my record. he was a $1000 more than other attorneys, promising i'd have a clean record after completion of the program. ...I hired him. He kept insisting on continuances for my case from the judge, 4 times. so he could charge me more money. I successfully completed the ARD program and my probation. I then went to a 4 year college, graduated and began job hunting. I was denied multiple jobs for not being honest on having a clean record. Stanley Fudor never expunged by record clean permanently like he advertised, promised , and was contracted to do. Not only was I embarrassed at job interviews. I wasted $4500 on his misrepresentation. Public Defenders are free and got my brother same deal with ARD when he ended in same situation.
