OUTCOME: The Appellate Division accepted my position and affirmed the Superior Court's decison on both appeals, denying the Defendant's request fora reduction in alimony.

This case went to the Appellate Division twice. Both times the Defendant/Appellant was seeking to overturn a Superior Court decision, which declined to grant his request for a reduction in alimony. I ... argued, for the Plaintiff, that the Defendant had not met his burden of proof as he failed to show a reduction in his income as well as his personal expenses.
