Resolved a complicated Adversary Complaint filed against the Debtor, filed by TD Bank as servicer for the SBA. Debtor had personally guaranteed the business loan, only a few payments were ever made on ... the loan. The loan was for over $330,000.00. We reduced the figure to under $100,000, allowed the Debtor to make payments outside of his bankruptcy to the creditor, stripped off the SBA mortgage from his home and thus, we able to confirm the debtor's chapter 13 plan.
