I am originally from Maine and went to college there. I served four years in the U.S. Army and afterwards I attended law school in Washington, D.C. After law school I practiced in a small town in Texas, helping out individuals who were injured.
After practicing in Texas, my family moved to Pennsylvania; settling in Johnstown. I then transformed my practice into helping people who are in serious financial situations. I worked for a firm out of Pittsburgh, and then set out on my own. I opened up my own debt relief practice and now help people who need the assistance of our nation's bankruptcy laws.
I am a member of the following organizations:
Pennsylvania Bar Association
State Bar of Texas (inactive member)
American Bar Association
National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys
Cambria County Bar Association
I am licensed to practice law in all state courts in Pennsylvania as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania
I am married and have two teenage sons and I spend alot of my free time carting them around to tennis tournaments and practices.
