David A. Raho

Attorney David Raho is the best!!! My family has used him on a criminal defense case, we use him on all domestic cases, and now he's helping us close on our house. I have had this lawyer for a domestic voilence case that is till active.....The victim had lied to the police and said that I was doing drugs, and then I assaulted her. She had a cut on her lip and her nose was bleeding...there was an altercation that took place, but I had never assaulted her....The ...cut and nose bleed were self inflicted from when she refused to let me leave the house and she smacked her face off of my car door as she was trying to open the door....After I was arrested, I had a no contact order...2 days after the "victim" called the police again and said I was harassing her, which then a warrant was issued...I turned myself in and they revoked my bond and filed new charges of Intimidating a witness even though there is absolutely no evidence of me having any contact with the "victim.." I immediately called Mr. Raho to be my lawyer...I spent 2 weeks in jail and my hearing was still 1 month away.....He had got me out of jail because I have to take medications for my disability...Being in jail without my medication was very agonizing and painful...Thats why I asked if he could get me out before the initial hearing....I went in front of the judge and I was released that day because of Mr. Raho's help....He worked very quickly and was very considerate to helping me...I couldn’t thank him enough for helping me with my situation...I believe that he is a great lawyer that will absolutely help you if you are in any need of legal help...I would certainly recommend him to anyone!!!!!!
