OUTCOME:

During the time when I practiced in Somerset County, New Jersey, I would receive court-assigned municipal defense matters to defend pro bono. Each time I was able to get all charges dropped for my clie ... nts. One of the cases was a matter in which my client was arrested on private property, charged with an offense, and convicted in municipal court. My representation was at the appellate level of the case. I filed a brief contesting the constitutionality of the arrest. The prosecutor decided to concede the case rather than attempt to defeat my arguments in court.
