People v. Kevin H.
Jun 11, 2009OUTCOME: Case dismissed after I suppressed eyewitness ID.
Client was charged with armed robbery, a felony, of two guys along with co-defendant (Crimey). Only evidence against client was eyewitness identification by victims. Cops had done a strip search and ... didn't find stolen property or guns used in crime. Case was set to go to trial. Case had to be dismissed against Client and Crimey after my motion to suppress eyewitness identification was granted.
