Relocation case. Plaintiff filed to relocate with her children to Puerto Rico, after filing a restraining order against Defendant. Defendant opposed to the relocation of the children. The Judge gran ... ted relocation and the case was appealed by the Defendant. On appeal the Court remanded the case for a Plenary Hearing. During Plenary Hearing, Ms. Nieves was able to prove that the Best Interest of the Children was to be with their Mother and to relocate to Puerto Rico. The Court granted relocation to Plaintiff to move with the children to Puerto Rico, and granted Joint Custody to the parents, with parenting time with Father during vacations.
