Failed to argue in a court trial against 10 sentences, verses one, (for the same "crime"), with an Abuse of Discretion Judge sending his client to 20 to 40 months maximum security prison for the lowest level Misdemeanor 3, for sending criticizing text messages, and non- violent INSULTS to my then EMP...LOYER - after he threatened loss of health insurance upon my earning 12 weeks FMLA. Failed to argue entire point I was still an employee, and he did not argue false beliefs that the jury was improperly told - that I was FIRED, when I was not fired and had no reprimands. Said he could do NOTHING until I was sentenced, but once sentebced I was forced to live in maximum security prison for 17 1/2 months for demanding my earned health insurance from an employer using provocation and entrapment, which this attorney condoned.
